7MML H2o Planet – 5.1 – Europe 2019

7MML_H2o PLANET 5.1 Europe 2019 was the first of the 7 major projects dedicated to listening to the heart of our planet. More practically, we grinded miles after miles documenting the state of health of the coasts and waters of the major European rivers and lakes: 31,000 in 4×4, 1,677 on foot, 1,470 on mountain bikes, 4,500 on motorbikes. A complex, tiring, fantastic job, in perfect 7milamiglialontano style.

Here are more than 70 travelers who tell, sometimes poetically, sometimes urgently, the moments lived in contact with the beauties – or the turpitudes – of the territories crossed. Companions who retracing the path back get excited, laugh out loud or simply smile under the “mustache”, with the head and with the heart, remembering the great encounters made, casual or intended, and the adventure lived.

Adventurers, who with a lump in their throats, now that the waters have calmed down, accurately describe the problems encountered in their wanderings. Image and communication professionals who, on their return, brought images, frames or writings of exaggerated beauty or, on the contrary and by deliberate contrast, exhibited visual material that makes users uncomfortable, making them aware that no country is without fault, not even in our (apparently) very clean Europe.
